Based on the estimated expenses, they have to prepare budget, then to be submitted to the higher authorities. They have to prepare invoices, reports, memos, records and reports and all other official documents using the computer systems such as spreadsheet, word processing etc. Problems or issues of the employees are solved by the office administrators by arranging meetings.

According to the U.S Bureau of Labor Statistics, the employment opportunities of office and administrative support occupations are expected to increase by 10 percent from 2010 to 2020. The median annual wages of office and administrative support occupations in May 2010 were $30,710. Online and campus programs offered at various degree levels in office administration gives the individuals a chance to stand out in the job market. For most workplaces to operate effectively, they need services of an office administrator. So the future job outlook is good for the entry level candidates offering great chances for career advancements.
